Product(s) in original/unopened condition may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving product(s), accompanied by our original packing slip. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any opened or used item(s) cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

How to Return or Exchange: |
Call us at (626) 935-0442 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 5 days of receiving product(s). Please provide invoice number, reason for return and your name and contact information, including daytime phone number in case we need to call you back about your return. Verify that the product(s) you are returning is not opened/used condition (except for defective product). Return the product(s) via UPS, or FedEX fully insured within 3 days of receiving RMA. Clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the package.

We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the product(s). Depending on the method you use to send the product(s) to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for us to receive your return. Credit will be issued after our returns department receives, verifies and processes your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.
