This green teas are from the prefectures of Kyoto and Shizuoka. Sencha is the most common tea in Japan. It accounts for 80% of all Japanese green tea produced. The added matcha is used in the traditional japanese tea ceremony. highly balanced in flavor, it is also used to make green tea ice cream and other desserts. This is very good for body. This is not a powder its a leaf.

Directions to use:
